Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel, we ask that it be done 24 hours before the appointment. Penalty for cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment is the full price (100%) of the service booked. Recognizing that everyone’s time is valuable and the appointment time is limited. Essence of She Day Spa reserves the right to charge full price of the service booked for any appointment that is not cancelled within a 24 hour advance notice. This fee cannot be put towards a future service, and will be charged to the credit card on file at the missed appointment date and time. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any services.
